MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Please can some one explain to me how multiple account work ?

For one ID + PW I get the message :
There are multiple accounts for this email address.
Please enter below the account you want to log in with"

BUT nothing shows up below... (I tried in Firefox, opera Chrome & safari...)

Can some one help me please?

Hello,

In case of multiple accounts with the same email address, you must enter your username to log in, not the email address.
