I have cancelled this subscription twice. Please make sure it is cancelled I only used one time and then canceled and you still charge my card this next renewal I should only have one charge please refund back to my card the over payment and do not charge any future payments. When you subscribed to Geneanet Premium, it was clearly said that renewal is automatic and that you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, as you can see at https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/

You also received an email saying that renewal is automatic.

You have cancelled the automatic renewal on January 29, 2021, after the automatic renewal.

Your Premium subscription will expire on May 1, 2021, and you will not be charged anymore.
