How do I cancel membership? I've tried and tried to change payment method and answers send me to pages that are no help at all. I want out!

To change your payment method, you just have to subscribe again with your new payment method.

As Jean-Yves told you, your subscription will end on April 17, 2021, just ignore the reminders if you don't want to subscribe again.

To delete your account, wait until the end of the subscription then click "Delete account" at the bottom left of the following page:

I have clearly explained via Ticket Contact two days ago:

Your Premium subscripion will end on April 17, 2021 and will not automatically renewed.

So, you will have to susbcribe again to renew your Premium subscription.

To subscribe again, please go to https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/ then follow the instructions. You will be asked for your new credit card details.

It's actually not possible to change the credit card number.

You must cancel the automatic renewal and pay with your new credit card when your subscription has expired.

To cancel the automatic renewal, please go to https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history then click "Cancel the automatic renewal".
