When trying to upload Build 37 Concatenated Raw Data from FTDNA to Geneanet I get an error message which says to try again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. Downloaded the FTDNA autosomal Build 37 Concatenated. Uploading as .csv.gz file.

There's a problem with the zip file format from FTDNA since some days and the technicians are working on it.

Please unzip your DNA raw file then import it to Geneanet at https://en.geneanet.org/dna/upload/

It should work!
