DNA upload to this site

Hi , I started the DNA upload about 2 days ago now and it still says "In Progress" , my wifes took an hour or so.
Any ideas what going wrong please? TIA

Hi ive come back to the site and reloaded my DNA file and it worked within a few hours.....sorry for the late reply.
