Reliabe professional doing genealogy research in Russia

In the second half of the 19C, my maternal great grand-parents moved from Switzerland to work as French tutors in Russia, where they had three children. I am looking for a reliable and honest person to conduct genealogy research in Russia. I am ready to pay such a person. Would anyone have recommendations? I can communicate fluently in French and English.
