Hallo,

Michael

Hello,
when visiting the cemetery in Bleckede-Garlsdorf (Lower Saxony/Germany) I have been told that there are two graves which are in a direct connection with forced labourers in WW2. In hereby enclose a photo of one of this two graves and the grave-cross says:

Collaerts Arlette / Belgisch / *09.04.1944 +28.09.1944

I have been told that it is the baby-girl of a belgian forced labourer (female)

On the site of the german wargrave commission I found the details as mentioned above plus "Simonne" as second christian name and "Tienen" as place of birth.

I would like to find out more abt. the familiar background etc. just in order to make public locally.

So in the meaning of a dignified rememberance.

Is there anybody able to help me in this line?

Greetings
Michael
